My friend, Laura, had informed me yesturday about the deals she got at JC Penny: BUY 1 GET 1 for 88 CENTS -- on selected items.
My brother, mom and I went today & we got a couple of stuff. I wouldn't really call it a shopping spree since I'm broke, but if you want to get ready for the winter, there are a lot of sweaters there! I just wanted to buy most of them!
